By accessing this website or placing an order with Hanuvish Enterprises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Cancellation Policy and any product-specific conditions shown before purchase.

1. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with website security, misuse payment or support systems, upload malicious content, scrape protected content unlawfully or use the website for fraud.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information accurate. Minor packaging, colour or appearance differences may occur due to manufacturing updates, lighting or display settings.

3. Pricing & Genuine Errors

Prices and offers displayed on the website may change. If a product, discount or price is shown incorrectly because of a genuine technical or listing error, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct terms or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

4. Stock & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to stock availability, payment or advance verification, PIN-code serviceability and reasonable fraud/order checks.

5. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, address, PIN code and other information reasonably required to process and deliver the order. The customer should remain reachable for reasonable order or delivery verification.

6. Payment Methods

Available methods may include prepaid payment, COD and Partial COD as shown at checkout. Where Partial COD is offered, 30% of the order value is paid in advance and the balance is payable on delivery, unless checkout shows a different arrangement.

7. Delivery Acceptance & RTO

Customer-attributable refusal, repeated unavailability, unanswered delivery/verification calls, incorrect address or another avoidable delivery failure may result in deduction of actual logistics charges from an otherwise refundable amount, as explained in the Refund & Return and Cancellation Policies.

8. Damage, Defect, Missing or Wrong Item Claims

For delivery-condition claims, customers must record a clear continuous unboxing video beginning while the parcel is sealed and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Offers, Coupons & Promotions

Promotions may have expiry dates, minimum-order values, payment-method conditions, product exclusions and usage limits. Unless specifically stated, offers cannot be combined, transferred or exchanged for cash.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

These are governed by the Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and product-specific conditions displayed before purchase.

11. Reviews & User Content

Where customers submit reviews, comments or other content, it must be genuine, lawful and relevant. We may moderate spam, abusive content, personal data, false claims or content unrelated to the product or service.

12. Intellectual Property

Hanuvish branding, original graphics, text, photographs and other original website material may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission, except where third-party rights or applicable law provide otherwise.

13. Third-Party Services

Payments, courier delivery, tracking, hosting, analytics and some website functions may rely on third parties. Temporary outages or delays can occur outside our direct control.

14. Limitation & Fair Application

We do not seek to exclude liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent jurisdiction applicable to Hanuvish Enterprises, subject to mandatory consumer-law provisions and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
