Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Conditions:
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Unboxing video may be required in case of damage claims.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or physically damaged products.
Products damaged due to improper installation.
Refund Process:
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges or full prepaid payment.
